Gregory M. Johnson, CPP

President
Greg Johnson is the President of Huffmaster Crisis Response, LLC. He is responsible for the overall sales and operations of the Crisis Services portion of Huffmaster’s business. This includes all Strike Security, Healthcare Strike Staffing, Industrial Strike Staffing, Strike Consulting and Disaster Response services. Greg is also responsible for the non-strike related staffing services provided by Huffmaster to its industrial and healthcare clients.

Greg started at Huffmaster in 1986 after serving on a U.S. Army Special Forces “A” Detachment as a Light Weapons Specialist and Communication Specialist. During his military career Greg graduated from several military schools including the Special Forces Qualification Course, Special Operations Training Course and Parachute School.

Greg’s start at Huffmaster was as the Director of Special Projects where he worked across all divisions and service lines, refining his project management and remote operation skills. During this time he directed labor dispute operations, large investigations, disaster response deployments and the start of Huffmaster’s strike staffing service line.

In 1993, Greg was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Huffmaster where the majority of his efforts were dedicated to building Huffmaster’s strike business into a national leader. During this time, the strike division at Huffmaster grew from a local and regional strike security provider to a premiere national labor dispute management company providing strike planning, security and temporary staffing services to clients across all industries. Greg held this position until 2001 when he was promoted to President of Huffmaster Crisis Response, L.L.C. where he became responsible for the leadership of the company.

He has held a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) since 1999 and became a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) in 2008. Greg has spoken frequently at various trade organizations on the topics of security and labor dispute management and is recognized nationally as an expert on operating a business during a labor dispute.

Craig W. Cassady

Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President of Huffmaster, Craig Cassady is responsible for managing our crisis divisions and overseeing the company's sales growth, as well as personally selling services to some of our biggest clients. His abilities even extend into the field operations, and it was under his leadership that we were able to successfully run the largest revenue strike in company history, which included staffing hundreds of replacement nurses and administrative staff members over a 7-week strike among five locations.

Since joining Huffmaster in 2000, Mr. Cassady has played a key role in the company’s ongoing expansion from a regional, family-owned strike management firm into a national, full-service security solutions provider with clients ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to the Fortune 500. His ability to both anticipate problems and devise creative solutions tailored to each business’ needs are an invaluable asset to the company and its clients.

Prior to joining Huffmaster, Mr. Cassady owned and operated numerous full-service restaurant operations where he developed his hands-on understanding of the unique operational needs of service industry businesses. During that time, Mr. Cassady was featured in numerous local and national publications for successful restaurant operations and for turning around distressed properties. Cassady began his career in food service with the C.A. Muer Corporation in metropolitan Detroit and is the former owner of the Pilot House Restaurant on Mackinac Island, Michigan.

Mr. Cassady is an active member of ASIS International and the Troy Chamber of Commerce. He is also a sponsor of the Ohio School Board Association and a 25-year fundraiser for the ALS Society.

Kelli Johnson

Operations Manager - Crisis Staffing
As the Operations Manager, Kelli oversees the recruiting, staffing and logistics of that department. She has been with Huffmaster Companies, on and off, over the past 18-years (taking time off to raise her children). Prior to taking on the Position of Operations Manager, she worked as the Human Resources Coordinator for all of Huffmaster Companies. Kelli has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from Southeast Missouri State University. Her background in Human Resources, as well as her ability to handle all the challenges of staffing during diverse situations, has made her a valuable asset to Huffmaster. She is truly an employee advocate and is always working to ensure that our greatest assets, our employees, are taken care of with respect during the hiring process, while on the job and after the assignment is complete.

Phil Donahue, CPC

Senior Coordinator
Phillip Donahue is a Senior Crisis Response Coordinator at Huffmaster, with over 20-years of experience in Labor Dispute Management. Mr. Donahue's experience comes from both the field, as a coordinator, and the office, as a logistics director, security operator and special projects manager.

Since 1996, Phil has been an integral part of Huffmaster’s Crisis Response division. From data investigations and work as a master electronic surveillance technician/installer, to executive protection and undercover work with law enforcement, Phil’s experience is quite diverse. As a security coordinator, Phil has provided logistics for up to 300+ labor interruption workers, including handling of hiring, payroll billing and debt collection. And Has Deployed to over 500+ labor Disputes over the past 20 years.

He is the former Director of Investigations and co-owner of Premier Investigation Services, LLC, overseeing all aspects of the investigative division. Prior to that role, Phil worked as a Protective Agent for United Security Agency in Southfield, MI, monitoring access and egress to the Federal Mogul World Headquarters complex and working as an access control system administrator. He has also worked as an Operations Manager for Advanced Security in Southfield, MI and as a Police Officer for the City of Farmington Hills Police Department.

As a former member of the United States Air Force Security Police, Phil earned certification for Weapon Storage & Security System Operators Course FTD906 Ramstein AB Germany, and he completed training for the Security Police Academy.

He is a licensed private investigator for the state of Michigan and a registered private investigator and Security Officer in Michigan and multiple other states. He is an associate member of the Fraternal Order of Police and a member of ASIS.
